A calling to awaken the church of Jesus Christ to the power, purity, and freedom of the Spirit-Filled life, found, realized, experienced and exhibited in the lives of believers in the Book of Acts!
Dan Bohi grew up in the home of Jim and Carolyn Bohi. Jim Bohi is a nationally known song evangelist. Although his father spent many years as an evangelist and Dan grew up in a committed Christian home, he had little interest in a deeper walk with the Lord or Christian ministry; sports and the pursuit of success preoccupied his mind. He married his high school sweetheart, Debbie Owens, and together they built a financially successful business in Kansas City. Money and success, however, left a void and did not satisfy the deep longing of his heart. Only a personal relationship with Jesus Christ could fulfill the longings of his soul. Experiencing this biblical truth, Dan gave his heart to Jesus and found true forgiveness for his sins and a new life through his Savior.
A further transformation in Dan’s life occurred when he was critically injured in a collision with a construction truck in 1995. It was in a hospital bed, in great pain and agony of spirit, that the Holy Spirit dealt with him in a decisive way; calling him to give up his own plans, and accept God's provisions for a full and satisfied heart. For Dan, this was a clear invitation to be a totally committed, sanctified life. In that moment of total surrender, the power and presence of the Holy Spirit entered his life with cleansing and assurance. Radically transformed by this encounter, Dan was filled with a love for Christ that compelled him to share his experience with vigor and joy. Having many open doors to share his testimony, he began sharing Christ in prisons, shopping malls, hospitals, retreats, and other special events. As a result, hundreds of people came to Christ experiencing new life and inner peace.
In 2008, Dan sensed that the Holy Spirit was calling him to leave the business life and give himself totally to evangelism and an effort to alert and call the church to the full provisions of grace. In recent years, he has traversed the country from coast to coast crossing denominational lines without compromising his basic Biblical convictions. Through his ministry, thousands have been saved and sanctified and there have been many evidences of physical healing and restorations to basic health. Pastors and church leaders have confirmed that thousands have experienced encounters with the presence of God in his meetings and entire congregations have been changed.
We had such a tremendous time of ministry at Skyline Wesleyan church in LaMesa! This is what Pastor Jim Garlow put on Facebook regarding what he witnessed:
Danny Bohi preached yesterday. His third time at Skyline. He is one of the most unconventional & most anointed preachers!
Some who came for the 8:30am service came back for the 10:30am service. And people who came to those services flocked back at 6pm for a 2½+ hour service. They could not get enough of Jesus! I lost count of how many invitations he gave for various aspects of our Christian life. The entire church kept coming forward. Aisles jammed all the way to the back. Powerful!
And...Not "emotional." Just solid biblical truth. Rock solid teaching! No "mood music." No yelling & screaming & pacing & sweating. None of the flamboyant! None! Just solid Bible!
And ...gutsy sermons. So transparent & honest. Made people feel safe. Even when he called on all persons to stand whose marriages were in trouble, or for persons addicted to porn to stand, people knew this environment was safe. And stand they did. And God touched them!
When people are honest, God can change them!
And people were saved, sanctified (now there's a word no one uses anymore!? Died to self!), healed (approx 300 physically healed (and no hype! Just faith.) & delivered (yes - delivered from demonic afflictions. Jesus called it that - so we can too.) What was it like? Like the New Testament! Like Jesus!
We want to hear from you! Please fill out the form and share testimonies of how God may have used this ministry in your life and any prayer requests you might have. Other inquiries are welcome as well.
